Looking for Running Program in Arana Hills?

This session is designed to put in place a specific preventative and performance related session that gets you running faster, longer and injury free.

It involves running specific warm up drills and strength exercises.

  • Plyometric bodyweight drills
  • Running drills
  • High intensity circuit session

Numbers are limited to only 10 persons and a pre-assessment by physiotherapist must be undertaken to participate.

The running group takes place early Tuesday morning in our onsite gym, BaseCamp and is supervised by Rochelle.
