Looking for Physiotherapy in Arana Hills?
Pain and injury can be extremely disruptive to your day to day life. Problems can begin to prevent us from doing the things we need to be doing, and the things we love, especially when left untreated.
Early treatment is the key, although it’s not uncommon for us to hear someone has been in pain for weeks, months and even years. Even if you have had your problems for a long time it’s never too late to get started.
All of our Physiotherapists have a wealth of experience in treating most of the aches, pains and injuries that we sustain through life. We use the most effective treatment techniques such as hand on manual therapy, which may include muscle energy techniques, joint mobilisations or manipulation, and soft tissue massage.
The very first thing we do is help you to understand how your injury happened, what it’s stopping you from doing so we can get you back on track. Then we can implement the best plan for using the most appropriate treatment techniques for you.
This may include manual therapy, exercise based rehab, shockwave therapy, dry needling or acupuncture. As you get better your treatment plan will most likely change to keep you moving forwards and prevent further issues.
