Looking for Running Strength & Conditioning in Arana Hills?
Runners run, it’s what you do. Good luck getting runners to sleep in or skip a run without extreme grumpiness.
Most running injuries are from overuse or just getting too enthusiastic. As a consequence, certain parts of our body are not strong enough to tolerate the repetitive impact of running, that’s when pain and injuries occur.
Strength program for running trails or ultra marathons and everything in between.
One shoe doesn’t fit every foot and a generic runners’ strength program doesn’t fit everybody. Since everyone is different and the reason for your running pains may be very different to a fellow runner with the same injury, we have created a strength training program just for you.
Ours is a program that will not just prevent injuries but get you running further and faster.
This involves an assessment of your strengths and weaknesses that affect your running, as well as looking at your running technique.
Then a program is designed for you that is split into 3 phases:
Stage 1) Specific injury bullet proofing program
Stage 2) Running strength program
Stage 3) Power and speed training for running
These programs are tailored for home and gym-based sessions.
Initial assessment and initial follow up sessions are 60 minutes duration.
